Prometheus is a tool to assist with due diligence but is not a substitute for professional advice or independent verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AskPrometheus LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskPrometheus LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will immediately end, but certain provisions (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
